RamDA-seq

Commercial Reagent Kit of RamDA-seq is available.

We developed random displacement amplification sequencing (RamDA-seq), the first full-length total RNA-sequencing method for single cells. Compared with other methods, RamDA-seq shows high sensitivity to non-poly(A) RNA and near-complete full-length transcript coverage.

Q1. Can I change from X reagent to Y reagent?

A1. No. It’s no longer RamDA-seq. We cannot support your original scRNA-seq method 🙂
